Junior Behaviour Therapist/Therapy Assistant
About the Role:
As a Junior Behaviour Therapist, you’ll be the superhero in a child's story, helping them unlock their potential through engaging and innovative therapy sessions. You’ll work one-on-one or in small groups, implementing behaviour modification techniques and teaching adaptive skills.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Eligibility to work in Australia.
-
A current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check.
-
No prior experience in ABA required.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Assist in implementing and evaluating individualised ABA plans and protocols.
-
Collect data during therapy sessions and maintain records of client progress.
-
Provide direct client engagement through one-on-one or group therapy.
Behaviour Consultant/Behaviour Support Practitioner
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Consultant, you're the architect of change, crafting personalised programs that transform lives. You'll use your expertise to assess, plan, and implement strategies that foster growth and development.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Completed diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related qualifications.

Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Eligibility to work in Australia, along with relevant checks.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead in the design and execution of behaviour intervention plans.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior therapists and RBTs.

Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team training.
Speech Pathologist
About the Role:
Step into a fulfilling role as a Speech Pathologist, supporting children and adolescents to communicate, connect, and grow. You’ll conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored, impactful interventions.
Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP).

Eligibility to work in Australia, along with relevant checks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy.

Write reports to advocate for NDIS funding to support client goals.

Collaborate with our team of Behaviour Consultants and Allied Health Assistants.
Occupational Therapist
About the Role:
Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and empower children and adolescents to build the skills they need to thrive. You’ll conduct assessments, design therapy plans, and support children to enhance their sensory, motor, and daily living skills—all in a fun, collaborative environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.

Eligibility to work in Australia, along with relevant checks.

A passion for working with children and their families.

Conduct assessments and deliver individualised therapy to support daily living skills.
